I quit smoking over 4 months ago, doing it by going cold turkey and have kept off them since...? -
However I wanted to lose weight for the summer but my trouble is I just haven-t got the same willpower to give up junk food. I am so sad and frustrated it makes me angry.
Can anybody give me any ideas or advice to help me become more focused?

I don-t have any advice about losing weight as I struggle with that as well, but I just wanted to congratulate you on being able to not smoke. That takes a great deal of willpower. Maybe you just need to take it easy on yourself and go slow on the weight loss.
