How to improve the respiratory system after quitting smoking for almost three months so far? -
still after quitting smoking, there is still some kind of hot mouth in the morning, and how to speed improving the lungs system to back to normal
I don-t know how long you have been smoking and how much is the damage to your respiratory system, you should go to the doctor to take tests like x-rays, maybe some blood tests too. It is better to know before doing anything. But you can start with some little thing like this:
you can start by getting a good diet:
- cut fatty food, like fast food, and if you go get fast food get the grilled stuff only, no fries, easy on the mayo. Eat more vegetable and fruits.
- start exercising by taking small walks around the block everyday, then 2 blocks, then more and more. Do not push your body if you haven-t been at the doctor-s office before.
Your body is like a car engine, the better you take care of it and the better you fuel it, the faster and stronger will run.
Just start things slow, go to the doctor for a physical then go from there. Because if you have been smoking for a long time it will be along time to recover.
Go online to learn breathing techniques, maybe some yoga.
Good luck.
