some states have smoking cessation campaigns and offer some products to start you on your way. also there are other methods including the National Cancer Institute-s free Smoking Quitline (1-877-44U-Quit). you may be able to find out about the specifics in your state by doing a websearch including the words: (state name), quit, smoking, health department etc.

good luck on that journey, it-s better just to quit cold turkey. it may take a long time for u to quit but just keep trying. You-ll get better and better at quitting until u get it.
True, but hopefully once you finish with the patches, you won-t have to buy either, and the savings will quickly equal more than you spend quitting.
I-m not so sure it costs so much to quit. Most local clinics offer smoking cessation classes for free.
