depends on who you ask! i had an easier time quitting smoking. i haven-t smoked in 3 months, and i quit rather easily. now masturbation on the other hand... good lord, couldn-t make it a year..... lol

well, once get addicted, you just couldn-t live without it, seriously.
it is way easier to give up smoking than masturbating. the pleasure from masturbation far exceeds the pleasure of smoking.
