How can you get someone to quit smoking without them even knowing it? -
My daddy smokes and me and my siblings are always trying to convince him to quit, he has a couple of times but then he just lit up again! Now.... We are talking about doing something to help him quit.... but without him even knowing it! Please Help!!!!!!!!!

My advice would be to make sure that you-re adamant about him not smoking around you or your sister. Smoking is bad and it would be a shame if he caused the two of you to have health issues in the future b/c he refuses to quit. Ask him to leave the area when he smokes or you leave. Maybe if you addressed it that way, he-ll begin to see things a little differently.
Unfortunately, my dad is the same way. I-ve tried everything: begging, stealing them, throwing them out, guilt trips. The only way he will be able to quit is if he really wants to. I-m sorry there isn-t a more pleasant answer for you. I know how hard it is.
