Im trying to quit smoking, what patch is the best? -
Hi Crystal..
congrats on your decision to quit.. about the question... it really depends on your smoking habits, how many etc.. the pharmacist should be able to help you with those questions..
however you decide to quit good luck!! statistics have shown that regardless of your method.. participation in support group can dramatically improve your chances of quitting..

The Fellowship offers group support and recovery using the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to achieve abstinence from nicotine.
You don-t need a patch. You don-t need a support group. You just need to stop smoking. I just told another would-be quitter how I cold-turkeyed after 15 years of 2 packs a day. It-s only as hard as you are weak. You aren-t weak are you?
Congrats : ) I will say this its a tough job to quit I have been smoke free for 1 year Oct 25.
I tried the patch but felt they always fell off : ( so I used the nicorette gum.
Best of luck and again congrats on your 1 ST step to quitting : )
talk to your dr. about chantix if there is no reason that you can not take it.
