How long does it take to feel better after quitting smoking? -

Just quit 2 days ago completely exhausted and very crabby and depressed! How long after does it take?
The first 3 days are the hardest. The feeling that your brain no longer works goes away in about 7 days. The cigarette cravings last for a while however it is so much easier to say no and they become less frequent. In the meantime take it easy and reward yourself on a great effort.
its going to take a big while but you can do it. up to 2 week to 2 mouths. the fist few days its the hardest part but then after its just like i dont need it although inside you will want too but you know you cant..
i know you can do it.!
It will be at its worst 3-5 days out, then start getting better. It-s generally pretty tolerable by 4 months but some people feel better much faster. Back to normal in about a year and a half, again, again, for some it-s much faster.
