Usually, your body is starting to get used to not smoking again within a month.
This should make you feel less tired already. If it is making you more tired than when you were smoking, you should see a doctor.
Slowly picking up working out will be good too. Have a long term goal. For instance, expect to be a changed person in 6-12 months. Don-t expect miracles before the end of the year.
