- if yes, what method have you tried and why did you quit the programe?
- if no, why don-t you want to quit smoking?
- if there was a referral programe that could help you quit, would you attend? why?
- have you been asked to quit or is it self-motivated?
- are you aware of the dangers of smoking?
- are you aware of the government efforts to reduce the smoking rate of the country?
- are you aware that second-hand smoke is more hazardous to your lungs than smoking? Does this affect the way you view your smoking when in the company of your family and small children?
- children as young as 10 years old are found to start smoking. what are your views in the smoking culture influencing younger people to smoke?
