How long does it take after quitting smoking to resume normal CO levels in the blood? -
I-ve heard it-s eight hours after quitting that carbon monoxide levels return to that of a non-smoker. Just today, though, Doc Oz was on Oprah talking about smoking, but didn-t mention this, even when he talked bout that sort of thing. Is that right and I just missed that part?
