When will lungs get better after i quit smoking? -
I quit a little over a month ago and when i exhale using one of those breahing things it still says im only doing 1500 mL volume or whatever......thats what it was when i was smoking too when will that improve?
I smoked for 11 years and quit 6 years ago. My lungs felt worse for the first couple of months, but after a few months they started getting better and better. Now I feel as if I-ve never smoked. I can actually run without feeling like I-m going to die! Keep it up. You-ll see the results!
