Quit Smoking, how long will breath smell? -

I quit smoking and was wondering how long it would take for my breath to clear up of the smoke smell/taste? I-ve been brushing, using mouthwash, and cleaning tongue a lot. Would it still be noticeable in a couple of days?

Serious answers only please. Thanks.
yeah cleaning your mouth wont do anything, the thing that is making your breath still smell like it is the stale smoke in your lungs.
it should still smell like smoke for a week after you last smoked, i had the same problem and i went to an oxygen bar (you can google it) and my breath didnt smell at all after.
Or get an inhaler (non-perscripsion) and use it when your worried about your breath

good luck! :)
Would have thought it would clear up very quickly, and you shouldn-t notice it after 2 days. Might depend if you are using patches / gum or inhalator, then the taste will still be there but not the smell. You might notice your tongue tingling - this is the nerves coming back to life!!

If it continues, see a dentist.
