I quit smoking cigarettes and i have a tightness in my chest and i feel really weak also what should i do? -

im 18 and ive been chain smoking for 3 years....
Yes, I also have the same chest tightness after quitting smoking 3 months ago. Sometimes it hurts breathing, but don-t give up the quitting. It will get easier as our lungs cleaning up the junk that deposited in there after years of smoking. Hang in there, we are on the same boat. It will get better!

Good Luck!!
Physical withdrawal from nicotine is temporary, but it can be uncomfortable while it lasts. -Quitter-s flu- is a term used to describe this phase of smoking cessation because nicotine withdrawal symptoms often mimic a cold or a mild case of the flu. Understanding what to expect when you quit smoking and following the tips provided here for coping will help you move through this stage more easily.
Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms

* Cravings to smoke
* Irritable, cranky
* Insomnia
* Fatigue
* Inability to Concentrate
* Headache
* Cough
* Sore throat
* Constipation, gas, stomach pain
* Dry mouth
* Sore tongue and/or gums
* Postnasal drip
* Tightness in the chest
It gets worse before it gets better. That-s your lungs clearing up all that other stuff that-s not supposed to be in there that comes up when you-re smoking. After one week you can probably do some jumping jacks or something. Just eat and drink a lot of food. And you will be fine. And don-t smoke one more because if you do you will never quit.
