Can someone tell me why wen I quit smoking Im still craving Ciggs? -
It-s been 6 days - when do these cravings go away completely?
And I know for sure it-s a physical craving I can actually feel a little tinge of the craving inside of me.
I-m getting them about twice a day now.
Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. If you really want to quit you must discover the reasons why you smoke and then eliminate or change these thought processes.
Once you deal with the psychological side of smoking it makes the physical side much easier to deal with. If you don-t deal with the mental addiction then those physical cravings may never go away.

Good Luck and Good Quitting
Normal withdrawal symptom. The peak is usually at 2-5 days but symptoms usually go on for much longer, diminishing gradually. If you can make it to two weeks, you have a better chance of stopping. Symptoms should become more manageable in a few weeks or months. Figure you-ll feel as normal as you ever will in a year or two, sometimes shorter sometimes longer. After that, you may continue to experience the occasional craving. One caution born of hard experience: you-ll be tempted to have just one to make the cravings go away. Don-t. If you have even one, you-ll end up smoking just as much as you did before you stopped and you-ll lose all the work you put into it.
The cravings get easier.
However, there is a way to stay off them for good.
Remember that everytime you want to put a cigarette in your mouth, you-re inhaling tar, which is clinging to your lungs and might eventually kill you...it-s almost a death wish when you think about it, and yet a lot of people in this world are doing it. It-s really kinda crazy!
Your life is worth more than a few packets of cigarettes!

I doubt it-s physical, it-s probably psychosomatic. Nicotine withdrawal is usually gone after three days.
The mental cravings stay for years, but it-ll get better.
Full nicotine withdrawal takes 1 week you can read more about how to control your cravings here http://www.methodstoquitsmoking.net/how-to-control-your-cravings.html
