Lung Cleansing. Is there an effective way to clean my lungs? I just quit smoking? -
I-d like to jumpstart the natural reparing of my lungs. Has anyone done this? If so, results and ways to do it would be very helpful!

Dream on...there is no -jump start- as you put it but, good for you. Only time will clean you out, it-s a start now, don-t let anyone get you started again.
there is no really effective way to cleanse your lungs. Good for you that you just quit smoking, but all you can do is wait and they will heal to perfect health over time!
