I quit smoking and i need help with my teeth? -
ok i recently quit smoking im not a heavy smoker but i do smoke like 2 cigarette-s a day and i brushed my teeth in the morning and at night but people say they could tell i was a smoker because of my teeth so how long will it take for my teeth to be normal again
At least a month, probably 3-6 months though.
