My tummy is puffed out, I quit smoking, have not gained any weight but my stomach is visibly puffed out? -


I work out Monday to Friday run 8.5 miles per day, Saturday run 7 miles and weights every other day, the only think I have changed in my routine is 2 more miles M-F. Why am I puffed out so bad, I thought I was gaining weight but I am the same. I have been smoke free for 58 days.
Sometimes the skin and tissue of the stomach sage because the muscle wall of the stomach and back are weak. You say You have been running 8-7 miles and lifting weights but have been working on your abs? If not this may be the answer to your problem. Add an abdominal workout say three times a week and you should see results.
