i had an chest x-ray and my doctor said it looks normal, could it be asthma or anxiety did anyone experienced something like that?
My mom actually had this problem so i gave her the idea that when ever you feel short of breath take a huge breath (as big as you can) and hold it for as long as you can and breathe out. it might hurt a little bit but then it should work. its kinda like flexing your lungs so they will start to hold more air. so if you do it alot. your lung capicity will increase

--- edit
you also may have asthma. just get an inhaler from the doctor aftery ou take a few tests
