How to quit smoking? -


I tried all the methods, but still no use. They say its all about the mindset.
I tried like 10 times to quit smoking. Longest period was maybe a week! All the time i was thinking about smoke. I fail and fail again. No apothecary did not help me and i was not mentally to strong to quit!
And one day i met my old classmate who was smoker to and he give that web site what helped him.Now he has not smoking many years and i about 4 months and think i ever will.

it is definitely about the mindset.

if you want to quit, think of a reason why. then write them, one by one, on notecards. everyday, put a new notecard in your pocket (and the rest by your alarm clock). when you get the urge to smoke, pull it out and look at it. then think long and hard about the reason on the card vs. what the cigarette is going to do to you. you can do it.
I know for a fact that it is a mindset. I am in the process of quiting as we speak and I use chewing gum. DOUBLEMINT! It is the best right now. I tell myself when I begin to crave that I don-t need it and this is killing me. These cigarettes are not good for me and too much money to maintain. Inner encouragement until the craving passes and then if I am at home I brush my teeth. There are many ways to overcome it you have to find your own strength and go for it.
