What were your physical side effects when you quit smoking -

i have quit smoking cigarettes for 2 days and i have the worse headache and stomach ache. also it feels like my sinus-s are draining, my chest feels like it has loose Flem in it. oh and lets not talk about my mood. i just wanted to know what your symptoms were and if my are normal.
i quit smoking cold turkey years ago and i can still remember the withdraw. i felt like i was getting the flu with hot flashes and headaches with nausea. it only lasted a week but it was awful. i dreamed about smoking on and off for about a month after the first week and the physical withdraw was over. you can get through just don-t give in just think you are close the third day is the worst and after that it is all down hill. good luck it is worth it trust me.
My side effects were:

headache, nausea, dizziness, irritation, trouble sleeping, restlessness

It sucked. When I felt like I really needed a cigarette, I went for a run, and that killed all desire for smoking. I found that going to bed a little earlier helps to offset the trouble sleeping and the mood swings.

Better sleep
Better breathing
Food tastes better
Better breath
More money in pocket
Better blood circulation
Less coughing
Less wheezing
Can walk upstairs instead of using elevator
Blood pressure numbers improved
Fingers don-t smell like azz
House doesn-t smell like an ashtray

you will feel stress and that will triger you headaches somtimes you might fell upset for no reason and that will cause stress also and yes yours are very normal

I got very moody and short tempered.
