The only things making you gain weight are your mind, hands, and mouth. If the mind were to tell the hands to put more vegetables into the mouth along with less fat, sugar, and carbohydrates, the problem would be solved. Count your calories... don-t take in more than you burn. Simple.

Almost everyone gains weight when they first quit smoking it,s perfectly normal. Look at it this way losing weight is easier than quiting smoking. Congratulations on quitting and good luck with the diet.

chk wat u eatin like dairy products n chocolates
What ever you do Don-t go back to smoking! You are now satisfying your oral craving with food. You must choose low calorie munchies perhaps celery. Drink lots of water and get lots of exercise.
