I know its a bad habit but just can-t stop smoking cigerettes my life been very stressful an work too that i always get into the habit an i went for three years without smoking before but after what happened to my gf that my habit just kicked in well i tryed quittin for a week but then i started yellin, getting pissed off at everyone an well im wondering whats the best way to quit it without having to pay for the expencive products
