I want to quit smoking pot, what is the best way to detoxify? -


I-ve been smoking for 2.5 years and would prefer a natural method. I believe I use it medicinally for anxiety. Any help would be nice.
Stop smoking, and after at most 6 months all traces of it will be gone naturally, no matter what you do (as long as that doing doesn-t include smoking more)

pot doesn-t have any chemical dependancy, and all damage of smoking it has already been done and only time will fix it if possible

eat healthy normally, you don-t need anything special
There-s no question that pot makes people feel good. There are other things though that can do the same thing and are healthy for you.
If you are not eating properly,start taking vitamin supplements.The side of the bottle tells you what the -Minimum Daily Dosage- is. If you want to ,you might experiment by trying doubling up on the dose.You would have to take A LOT of vitamins to hurt yourself,so relax.
The next thing is once you are getting better nutrition,is to try some form of aerobic exercise like running/jogging,biking,hiking etc. You have to get your lungs pumping lots of air, and hopefully start sweating a little.
Your system will get increased oxygen,which we all need to live. The more oxygen,the better you will feel,ALL DAY LONG.
The next thing that will occur if you get that far is that your body will start producing -Dopamines-. Yes it is a natural drug the body produces when exercising,and man o man does it make you feel good.
However all this takes effort. It-s a lot easier to light a joint than to put on your running shoes and go do 3 miles. The money you save on pot ...you can buy high quality vitamin supplements with. And then what happens is you get really healthy and you don-t even think about pot anymore and you get new friends who are into the same things you are. Healthy friends. Good Luck
talk to health companies. my mom is healthy becuz she is always talking to companies like Shaklee or Revival. DANG they got loads of stuff that can make u real healthy! but the stuff is expensive.
I dunno how it works, but try not 2 smoke pot n maybe eat that
will keep u away from smoking pot. Gum! Drinking water? But try 2 quit smoking pot. Find something 2 do other then smoking pot. U no it might kill u if u smoke pot much. There r good way 2 avoid smoking pot like: Destroying pot n throw it away.

dunno if it will keep u from smoking it but: read books/ study/ finish all homework/ play video games n never buy it from anyone, even if he will be your best friend or she will be ur girlfriend. My final suggestion is 2 not smoke pot because it will make u suffer n the die/ Good friend -Rdy2answer
Drink Arcilla. Now, that-s something you can easily find in Colombia, they sell it as an alternative medicine product and it is approved by the law. Well, back to reallity, or back to our own constraints; instead of arcilla, you might want to try a long period of time without smocking pot.
Ok, how do we start? ...
Ammm... The steps to cure anything are first: Cleaning up the system, then, cure or reestablish it, and last, maintiaing it. But in your case, you are one step back, because you have not quit.
So to quit, you might need encouragement from your girlfriend, your mom, your family, friends or ultimatly a priest or a consulor. Need to make the commitment in front of your significant others who know your situation and above everything on your own.
Now to detox yourself, you probably heard about drinking a lot of water... well, I don-t agree with that 100%, maybe in a 50%, because water by itself will not nurture your body, it will stimulate the kidneys and the peristaltic movement...or it might even get rid of abdominal pain, but it will not do much more than that. You need to drink tea!!!
And you need to do it yourself: You don-t just poor hot water in the plant... (which might be chammommie, mint, etc), your boil the water, once its boiling, put the plant in there to boil, let it boil for 10 minutes ,watch in hand, lid on at all times. This way the plant releases the properties. Drink it as hot as you can. Make sure you prepare 3 liters of water a day for tea. The measurement is one handful of the plant for every 3 liters. Buy you a steamer, you-ll use it big time... Do this for at least 5 months because the damage caused by drugs is tremendous and you can-t pretend that you-ll be cured overnight.
Tea! that-s the first thing. Then increase the consumption of spinach, it clenses the blood.
Don-t overcook it. Eat it row to make sure that you-re not overcooking it. You have to leave it for 30 minutes in salty water so that the chlorure from the salt kills all germs. Make sure you use sea salt. Wash all your vegetable this way and increase the consumption of raw fruits and vegetables to to at least 30% of your total intake. Make sure you don-t combine fruits with vegetables, the enzimes used for each are different.

Do not eat anything fried, with sugar or meat. It takes a while, but if you want your body to be really clean. Do not eat any of the above mentioned! I know it-s hard to get rid of the habit. But hey! if you have the will to not eat those products or artificially sweetened, colored or preserved products, you can surely stop pot!

If you do this, quitting pot is not going to be a torture. You-ll actually enjoy feeling healthy, strong and full of energy. Take from 2 to 6 grams of vitamin C a day... walk at least 10 minutes every day...
