Some say that using electronic cigarettes can help you quit smoking. Currently there is no scientific evidence for or against it. One option is to gradually lower the level of nicotine in your cartridges to become nicotine and tobacco free.

If quitting smoking to you is to cease burning and inhaling tobacco - then yes you can quit smoking. Its all in your perception of the definition of -smoking-. I quit using tobacco almost 6 months ago by switching over to e-cigs. In my opinion I quit smoking and now choose to -vape- instead. You can then decrease and finally cease your use of nicotine if you choose. Thats up to you, the option is there if you want it. You just need to learn about e-cigs before you choose to buy one as there a MANY options available these days.

Umm...I guess its not true. Actually, you get dependant on the electronic cigarette instead of traditional tobacco. Electronic cigarettes are just another option. However, switching to electronic cigarettes can help you in some ways. They don-t contain any of the harmful chemicals other than nicotine. This way you probably can give your lungs a lot of relief. You can always try to gradually decrease the nicotine level to 0mg. But honestly I tried the same thing, and that did not work for me.

I-ve tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.
