I quit smoking about two weeks ago. I am trying to improve my fitness. How long does it take? -


depends on how many years u have been smoking - when u last stopped ur workouts..... initially try a lil jogging or brisk walking to start improving ur oxygen intake, when ur fit enough - r not gasping for air each time u do these exercises then ur ready to go in for a lil bit of weight training. any gym u join always mention bout ur prior habits so that they can plan ur workout regime better... best of luck... be healthy...
