I have just quit smoking after 40 yrs its been over a week so why am i so dizzy all the time? -

its called withdrawls, it should stop soon, once the nicotene gets out of your system, i wish you luck, i know how hard it is. im also going to the dr. this week to get help to stop, theres a new pill called chantix, and i know of a lot of ppl that have totally stopped using this. and with very little if any withdrawls.. best of luck to you.
because ur body is so use to having that nicotine, that now that ur not giving it, its having effects, when i tried to quit before, my effect was headaches, it will go away in time....dont give up, its a nasty habbit to kick so good luck
