I quit smoking by using the Commit Lozenges. Has anyone else used these to quit? -
I had smoked for over 30 years and these worked best. I just like to use one still every once in a while. How bout you?
Wow, really? I quit using the patch (but I only used them for a few days - not for the whole long drawn out process). It-s been about a month and 1/2 since I used the last patch and just for the last week or so I-ve been craving a cigarette like CRAZY. And really this is the 1st time I-ve had real -cravings- since I quit. Urgh... it-s so frustrating. Maybe I-ll try one of the lozenges and see if that helps...
