I quit smoking 4 months ago, I recently started coughing on and off especially during the night? -
I quit smoking after 17yrs. I developed a case of brochitis 4 months ago and decided to quit. I was treated with antibiotics and recovered. Just in the past month, I developed an on and off cough with clear mucus that occurs at night.
Is it allergies? anybody else have this situation?
Your body will cough up the bad stuff by the end of 6 months off the smokes. Make sure youre exercising so you can increase your lung health quicker.
