I just quit smoking. Im feeling very moody, what can I do?!? -


I just stopped smoking today and I feel like I-m going to kill someone soon. lol What can I do to curb my moodiness?! HELP! My husband will be home soon and I just know I-m going to bite his head off over something stupid.

Congratulations...its a big step.

Warn your hubby that you are feeling grumpy and can he please just leave you alone or whatever you need him to do. That way it hopefully wont end up in an argument.

This anxiety and moodiness will go away in about a week or two. You are doing really well. Why not grab a water bottle and go for a walk as that will get your mind off whatever is troubling you. I chewed sugarfree gum instead of that nicotine one -cos thats really expensive.


I quit 3 years ago and I am so happy I did.

Normal, especially the first few days.

When you have a craving, sip on some water and hum a song. Sounds funny, but it does help. Go for a quick walk before he comes home to let off some steam.
