Go to the Doc and get CHANTIX if you want to quit. I quit 3 weeks ago. You don-t need anything else but Chantix.
for a little tidbit of advice: i believe its a new drug called Chantix. supposed to be very effective, everyone i talk to at the hospital who have used it succeeded.
I don`t know much about that program,but i my self do the best to reduce smoking.
why quit now...the worlds going to end...just start smoking more...heheheh jp wat you really need to do is get on a really long flight for the first day. and take that same flight back home in 2 days.in a 4 day trip you can quit smoking forever...my grandma did it and it worked
If you are looking for something sponsored by a University, you can always call them up to inquire. I do have a site that I can recommend to you. I used it when I quit and it worked really well. As well, patients and friends that I-ve recommended have really liked it too. Best part, its free and has information about everything!
