Has anyone tried Commit lozenges to quit smoking? Did they work? -

All tests show that feeding yourself low doses of nicotine will not give you much chance of permanently being able to quit smoking.
You need help with the psychological side of addiction too. You will spend a lot of money and time to slowly try and wean yourself off smoking by nicotine replacement, and risk the common trap of becoming addicted to the gum.
There-s a lot of help at

to make quitting smoking much easier and faster.
Not personally, but I have friends that say it worked well.
they work well takes getting used to haveing them in your mouth though.
There is only one way to quit.. just DO IT!! I quit after being a smoker for 25 years, and if I can, you can. The first week will be terrible, but after that, its ok. I have been smokefree for a year and two months now.
