What specific and measureable steps will help you to achieve this goal? what dimensions of health will be affected by trying to quit smoking?
My dad used to smoke, but he stopped. Here are some ideas/steps:
1. To get rid of smoking you can always try the replacements to it, patches or nicotine gum. Nicotine gum is more safer. Buy the Target brand. It is prooved test-safe.
2. Get rid of EVERYTHING smoke-related. Such as lighters, smoke boxes, cigarettes. And throw them out. It is a REALLY hard step. But it-s better doing this then getting cancer soon...

You have to take it one step at a time because it is mental Im not going to copy and paste a paragraph to you About it from another article im going to tell you its hard But if you really want to achieve you will do it first of all try 1 day With out doing it For every time U wish to have Eat a candy.You can also try going to a doctor they can really give you a helping hand.Or go to a gym.There are many ways its hard but you need dedication
hang out with NON SMOKING friends people. go to the gym. dont eat until you get full. Keep BRUSHING your teeth. chew gum.
stop buying cigarettes.
