I cough alot since i quit , but i can breathe alot better and info. on this ?
Yes, you will have some coughing as your esophagus is kind of starting to sort of repair itself since it isn-t getting the smoke and stuff anymore. This should only last for a couple weeks at most. I had the same thing when I quit. Congrats to you, and stick with it!
Yeah, when my girlfriend quit, she coughed a lot for about a week afterwards. I assumed it was her lungs and such trying to get rid of all the crudshe-d accumulated. You-re fine.
