What is the best way to quit smoking while your pregnant i cant use patches i have an allergy to them? -

Just think about your child when he is born and think if he come into your life sick because of your stubbornness and what is your life is going to be 24 hours a day because you will have take care of your child. If you want to quit -smoking- just plain quit. You will be happier if you do. Good luck!!
Try the Commit lozenges, they-re easier than the gum and more effective than the patch anyway. But be aware that this isn-t completely safe for your child -- all of these products still contain nicotine. There are other stop-smoking meds that don-t, such as Chantix and Wellbutrin, but they may be contraindicated in pregnant women -- you-d have to consult with your doctor (they-re prescription meds anyway). The safest course, if you can, is to stop cold turkey.
well maybe you should first off think of the harm that you are putting he or she in and realize they could get sick. Also i will say that you could stop buying them and if you are feeling stressed read a book or use one of the stress balls.(they really work)
Hope i helped!
Your child should be the best way/reason to quit. let it be your motivation.

ps. it-s you-re not your.
Chew gum, don-t by ciggarettes(?) nd think about your kid
