I quit smoking and someone suggested I? -
Cleanse out my body...to get rid of toxins...but I don-t see any benefits from that...I have always been fine with having toxins in me from smoking, so why would I want to rid them so quickly? what will I notice? Clearer face?
Your body will rid itself of the toxins from cigarette smoking in a fairly short period of time. Your organs start to heal almost immediately. No need to rush things along, your body will heal itself all in good time.
There are many different forms of inner cleansing. I-m not sure how one would cleanse their body of nicotine, however. There are products on the market which claim to clean out various organs of built-up waste, and I-m not sure how they effective are or if they-re necessary.
I quit smoking for a year and felt better in general without any additional body-cleansing measures. You-re relieving your body of harmful toxins just by quitting. The effects aren-t immediate but withdrawal doesn-t last particularly long (in my experience). I had more energy and felt it easier to breathe in unfavourable circumstances after about three weeks.
I don-t think if you cleanse your body you-ll notice many changes. I presume the immediate effects of body-cleansing would be weight loss, quitting smoking probably counters that effect to an extent. As for having a clearer face, the only thing I ever cut back on that seemed to affect my skin positively was soft drinks.
