Okay so my dad quit smoking ciggs but he now smokes black and milds? -
are the black and mild cigars just as harmful as the cigarettes?
cause he tells me no. but i think otherwise.
any one have good information for me?

black and milds are still bad....you are definatly inhaling but not as deep into the lungs as you would smoke a cigarettes. Cigars can cause some sort of mouth cancer too. Since cigars dont have filters it can equally or be more bad than cigs.
Try this....try to breath in something without sucking air down your throat. Not doable right? you need to inhale some air down to your lungs so when a person smokes a cigar SMOKE does go down to the lungs
Well there not as bad but still harmful but my aunt stop smoking cigarettes and started smoking cigars she said it going to help her stop smoking completely.
if hes not inhaling the cigars hes ok..but if hes inhaling them..its worse than a cigarette.
