How long after u quit smoking does this tightness in the chest disappear? -

its been 10 days since i quit cold turkey. i was having breathing problems due to tightness in the chest and dry nose. it still hasnt gotten better. when do u think these irritations will go away. its driving me crazy.
stay on the course, bro ..you are on a withdrawal syndrome and this is where the big tests come to you. yes, irritation and anxiety abounds but chew a lot of gum to keep the mouth busy.

it will take 3 to 4 weeks before you start feeling the ease of it. keep up the good work and pack plenty of gums. the urge is still strong at this time and you-ll be very much tempted to light one up again.

you-ll be coughing a lot but not all the time as this is your throat cleaning itself out, part of the withdrawal process. this throat cleaning process will take months, at time the irritation is so intense. so have plenty of these mint candies and gum .. these 2 sweets will help you a lot during this times.

keep it up ..you-re on a roll ... 2 weeks is like the climax of your venture, you go through these 2 weeks, the 3rd week will come a lot easier, and so will the fourth. and then you-ll be amazed .. -hey, one month .. i made it- .. and give yourself a well deserved pat in the back. the coming months will surely come easier ... you passed the most crucial stage .. the first month ..

so go on .. kick the habit .. you-re on your way ... bravo !!!!
