If you were trying to quit smoking what would you want your loved ones to do to help? -

don-t talk to me for at least two weeks. i-m gonna be one grumpy m-f-er.
i just quit by reading alan carrs (not the comidian) easyway to stop smaoking. at it really worked. there is a bit in the back for you loved ones to read. just ask them not to mention smoking etc or to patronise you if your a bit cranky.
i honestly recomend the book though
Plenty of encouragement.
Keep anything to do with cigarettes out of the house.
If they smoked too they could also try giving up.
They could suggest exercising together or taking up a new hobby.
Set up a savings account for the cigarette money.
pressure into stopping. dont be annoying, but dont let him light up. it can take true intervention to get that person to stop smoking
Not smoke around me for a start, hug me when I needed it, encouragement, try not to wind me up.......
Not mention it
