When I quit smoking, on the first few days I wake up sweaty? -


I have the temp. set low in my house when I sleep, and I-m not hot when I wake up, but all sweaty. Is this normal?

yes your body is purging itself of toxins,sweats while not unheard of are less common thanother symptoms.. like the other contributors mentioned drink plenty of fluids..you might also want consider joining a support group to answer questions such as these.
