Has anyone had that laser surgery to quit smoking? -
If so, did it work? Any other ideas for a devout smoker who needs to kick the habit
Are you referring to the laser in your ear? If so, I just did it last Wednesday night. I was a 3 pack a day smoker and I haven-t had a cigarette since. What it does is ... it gets rid of the craving. I mean, you-ll still -want- a cigarette, but you won-t crave one.
I-m not saying it worked for me, because it-s only been a few days ... but so far it-s working.

but get a band of supporters to help you kick this habit. buy patches and gum and dont do the whole -just one last one- becuase it never will be.
as far as i know there is no such thing. your doctor should have many options and can set you up with a support group for people who are trying to quit smoking. hang in there :)

Laser surgery sounds like an expensive alternative. Go out and get a Value size pack of suger-free gum and try to start a healthy habit like going to the gym.
never heard of that!!! the best ways are either those patches that you can buy at the hardware store or to have someone watch you. If your trying to give up then good luck!!!!

What laser surgery? ive never heard of such a thing...
They have some new medication out that controlls the urge to smoke(its not a patch it-s a new pill form) My dad has it, and he hasnt smoked in 2 months.
