WHEN YOU QUIT SMOKING, DO YOUR LUNGS GO BACK TO PlNK? -

ALSO IVE BEEN SMOKING FOR 3 YEARS, PRETTY HEAVILY FOR THE LAST YEAR OR SO. WHAT DO YOU THINK MY LUNGS LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW. I NEED TO KNOW IF THEY CAN HEAL OR IF ITS A LOST CAUSE.
Copngrats on not being a smoker. Your lungs will be pink again in about 6 months. Yay!!! Good for you, buddy!!
Yes, over time your lungs will heal themselves. As soon as you quit smoking your lungs begin to correct. The longer you stay a non smoker the better your lungs get.
yes they can heal since you have only been smoking a small amount of time. especially if you are kind of young
The damage you have done will be permanent. Bby stopping you will not do more damage. Smoking also effects all of your blood vessels by causing hardening of the vessel walls. This leads to high blood pressure and clotting diorders. you-re not a lost cause though. Your lungs have a high tolerance. Take care of them, and they-ll take care of you
Probably not.. but it will stop further damage.

Stop now! It-s not a lost cause at all..

Stop stop stop!!
