You might try chewing gum. Lots and lots of gum, all day long. Go to the store and buy like 40 value packs. You-d be out about what a carton of smokes costs. Get sugarless gum or gum that is not too bad for your teeth. Then chew gum all day, 15 hours worth. If it does not work I will let you kick me once, but not twice.

hi, you can either use the nicotine chewing gum or the nicotine adhesive patches. but the paches is better because it gives you a regular dose of nicotine which this is not found in chewing gums. also you can decrease the use of patches regularly until you quite smoking completly
