Whats the best way to beat the food cravings of quitting smoking? -
i recently quit smoking, 2 weeks ago, but now i find myself wanting to eat all the time. i dont want to gain weight and im about ready to start smoking again so i wont feel the need to munch all the time.
try chewing sugar-free gum like trigent..i especially like the orange one..it really takes away the cravings..
