After quitting smoking, how can you stop the snacking? -
After Ive quit smoking, Ive found myself snacking a whole lot more. Any suggestions out there on what to do to curb the snacking?
Ive heard that when people stop smoking they pick up the habit of eating more. I wonder why that is? Maybe if you play a trick on the brain by doing something to keep your mouth moving that would help. Try chewing bubble gum or you can get a big bag of sunflower seeds and munch on them when you start feeling hungry or feeling the need to snack.

or anything that disctacts you
