Do your lungs get a burning sensation with the healing process when you quit smoking cigarettes? -


Your lung are learning to function without cigs. I quit smoking in July of this year and it took me about 2 months to get back some normal breathing. I now have my first cold since I quit and boy it really hit me good.
I am so glad I quit. I can live with this because I know it is going to get better. I smoked for 30 years!
To help the burning I took BUCKLEY-S cough medicine (tastes bad but sure opens the lungs) and drank plenty of peppermint tea. You can do it. Happy Holiday-s
