Has anyone quit smoking with hypnosis? -
Tell me your experience.
I haven-t, but a friend of mine did. She went to the hypnotist and he put her under (her husband went with her to make sure nothing funny went on). I-m not sure what he said or did, but she said that she never had another craving or desire for a cigarette from the time she walked out of his office. A week later, her husband went for a session. Neither one of them have smoked since, and that was 15 years ago.
my mother in law tried that. she stopped smoking for about a month. then she started right back up.
