Yes they will, but very slowly. Your body is built to heal itself and if you-re young and healthy enough otherwise, they definately should.

Results after a person quits aren-t immediate, but take almost a month before any noticable changes occur in the body. After that first month, the body-s rate of eliminating the tar do increase a little, because the poisen is out of the blood stream.
