Once. Have been off of cigaretts for 19 years
4 times on the patch and each time i barely made it a week. I tried chantix and it made cigarettes totally repulsive after a week, so I made it 3.5 weeks and caved.

5 times for me. Longest i-ve went so far is 3.5 weeks. One of these tries I-ll quit completely just never had enough will power.
none kuz i don-t smoke. my dad who used to smoke just woke up and decided to stop cold turkey and he did but he-s weird lik that lol n haha cold turkey is a funny word(s)
