I quit smoking and then did it again for first time in months...what to do? -

I quit smoking after about 2 years of doing it, and then I had a quick one on Saturday for no reason at all. Now I-m getting the cravings again. I-m getting headaches and everything. What should I do?
Whatever you do do not have another one!!!! I-ve done this too but if you have another one you-re screwed...The first one tastes nasty but you still kind of like it but the second one you have will get you hooked again cuz you-re used to the taste now. I suggest keeping yourself as busy as possible...do not get a pack of cigarettes and hide all your lighters. Don-t go around people that are smoking either...I found that-s when I got the cravings the most when I-d watch other people smoke and I-d remember how much I missed it. Take tylenol for the headache and watch a movie or take a nap. Do something you like to do that isn-t smoking and make that you-re new habit for a while.....soon it will get easier and you won-t even think about wanting to smoke really. Hope I helped. It-ll be ok just don-t give in!!!
