After quitting smoking, is severe fatigue normal and when does it go away? -

I just quit smoking, and I am on my second day. Today, has been the toughest yet. I am severely fatigued. I have vertigo and stomach cramps. Is all this normal and does the fatigue go away on its own, or is it here to stay?
Day three is always the hardest. It does get easier from there. It-s completely normal to feel like your brain does not work anymore. This will get better by Day 7. In the meantime take it easy and reward yourself for everyday that you don-t smoke. Good Luck.
Yeah. I was going to suggest either having a quick smoke or shooting up some heroin. Whichever works best.
omg......i thought it was just me....i dont know how long it will last...as i am smoking again
Yes, I noticed this too. The best thing to do is have a quick smoke, that will wake you up.
